At Luca & Leni (www.lucaandleni.com), we strive to provide a transparent and seamless shopping experience. This policy is designed to comply with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and state consumer protection laws.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items.

  • Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at info@lucaandleni.com.
  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized before shipment. You will receive an authorization code to include with your package.

Important: Our administrative office in Ottawa, Canada, is NOT a return facility. Returns sent to the Canadian address cannot be processed.

2. No Hidden Costs (DDP)

We ensure your shopping experience is worry-free:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For our U.S. customers, all import duties and customs fees are pre-paid by Luca & Leni. The price at checkout is the final price.
  • Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination.

3. Return Costs & Conditions

Faulty Items: If an item is damaged or incorrect, Luca & Leni covers all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our New York processing center.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all original tags attached.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of inspection via your original payment method. We charge no restocking fees ($0.00).

Exchanges: Subject to availability. Contact info@lucaandleni.com to reserve your replacement item.
