2. Pricing, Sales Tax & DDP

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive for absolute transparency regarding costs for our U.S. customers.

• Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your specific U.S. shipping destination.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all customs clearance and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price; there are no additional "fees at the door" upon delivery.

3. Shipping & Execution

We utilize international fulfillment centers to provide high-quality products at competitive prices. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–10 business days. While we aim for timely delivery, Luca & Leni is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers or severe weather events.

4. 30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• To initiate a return, you must email info@lucaandleni.com for a Return Authorization (RA).
• Returns must be shipped to our designated U.S. processing facility.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Strict Notice: Returns sent to our administrative office in Ottawa, Canada, will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where the consumer resides regarding mandatory consumer protection rights.

Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.
